As members of the MÜSİAD UK Board of Directors, we attended the 10th Anniversary Commemoration Programme of 15 July Democracy and National Unity Day, held at the Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in London, hosted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to London, Mr Koray Ertaş, and his esteemed spouse, Mrs Sevcan Ertaş.

We commemorated 15 July, a symbol of our nation’s determination to uphold democracy, national will and independence, remembering our cherished martyrs with mercy and gratitude, and our heroic veterans with appreciation.

As part of the programme, we met with representatives of diplomatic missions, leading figures from the business community and representatives of civil society organisations, engaging in productive exchanges of views aimed at further strengthening the economic, commercial and social relations between Türkiye and the United Kingdom.

We thank the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to London, Mr Koray Ertaş, and his esteemed spouse, Mrs Sevcan Ertaş, for their kind hospitality, and affirm our determination to continue contributing to the ideal of unity, solidarity and a strong Türkiye.
