About

Committees

Our work is divided into committees, each chaired by a board member working in that field.

A committee is not an honorary title. Each one has a defined remit, a chair drawn from the industry it covers, and members who take on specific work within it.

  • Sectoral Boards & Business Development

    Committee

Organises members into sector boards, so that the concerns of construction, health, finance, logistics and technology are addressed by people working in them.

  • Organisation

    Committee

Runs the branch’s internal organisation — regional coordinators, working groups and the day-to-day mechanics that keep the network active across the UK.

  • Corporate Relations

    Committee

Manages relationships with corporate partners, sponsors and institutional stakeholders, and coordinates strategic collaborations between the branch and the wider business community.

  • Membership Relations

    Committee

Oversees applications, member onboarding and the standard of conduct expected of members throughout their term.

  • Education

    Committee

Runs briefings, training and the academy programmes that turn regulatory change and market research into guidance members can act on.

  • Press

    Committee

Handles media relations, the association’s public statements and the coverage of everything the branch does.

Beyond the committees

Regional coordinators represent members outside London — including Newcastle upon Tyne — and Young MÜSİAD UK runs its own programme for members under forty.
